Basileus Hotel

Small hotel, exceptionally clean. Central location, within walking distance of a neoclassical museum.

Bright good central hotel, its location and staff were very good. There were a safe, a seating area and a writing desk in the room, liked that.

Everything was spotless, but we stayed for 3 nights only. It was located in a great area. Amazing building and rooms with comfortable decoration.

Brilliant location, fine room, tiled bathroom. Near restaurants and cafes and a tram station available close to the hotel. Absolutely BRILLIANT view, a little balcony, cozy bed, too. Quick check-in, easy check-out.

I liked this hotel, its unbeatable location & pretty friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options. Cozy and warm room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Everything was great as expected, yet the bathroom was very small.

Everything was terrific from staff, who were outstandingly accommodating, to the picturesque location. The bed was extremely comfy, the room was luxury and airy. Loved the continental breakfast, which included grits, pastries, sausages and cheese. The coffee bar in the hotel had lots of good lemonade and refreshments throughout the day.

The staff and location were fabulous, we loved this imaginative hotel. Nice assortment of sausages, grits, cheese and pastries for breakfast. Nice interior, superb restaurant.

The weather was sunny, had brilliant stay. It was upgraded and reasonably clean hotel, even so the views were very very bad. Absolutely gorgeous location to basilica cistern.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

this is an affordable and fairly clean property with first class location and service.

Staff was extremely friendly, hotel was fairly clean. The bed was comfy, and I loved that the room was airy and outstanding. Got enjoyable breakfasts with drinks and food and coffee. Spectacular location, not too far away from an ottoman - era friday mosque. Generally the service was impeccable.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring Istanbul, really enjoyed it. The restaurant was located within 500 feet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-nights stay. City view was a bonus. The staff at the hotel were helpful. Our double room was equipped with climate control, a mini bar fridge and ironing facilities.

We strongly recommend, maybe to friends. 3-star hotel in Istanbul

Having easy access to basilica cistern and being in front of the blue mosque. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose basileus. The hotel met needs well...
